About Garfield County Criminal History

Garfield County criminal records are divided among the sheriff, courts in Panguitch, the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, Utah Department of Corrections, and the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry. Each office answers a different question. This private resource was built to make those official routes easier to distinguish and to place verified portals, addresses, request steps, and phone numbers in clear context.

Why We Built This Site

Utah does not place every criminal record in one public database. The Garfield County Sheriff's Office keeps incident, booking, jail, warrant, and local registration material. Sixth District Court and the justice courts keep filed charges, events, dispositions, and sentences. Utah Courts Xchange publishes many public case summaries, while the Bureau of Criminal Identification limits statewide criminal-history dissemination under Utah Code §53-10-108. Corrections and registry records have still other custodians. This site organizes those official channels so readers can choose the office that actually holds the record they need.

Only the Garfield County Sheriff's Office, the correct court, BCI, or another issuing agency can provide and authenticate its official record.
